We are sorry if this happens! You can send us an email with an image of the damaged painting to info@ayaatart.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once all criteria are met and we have received the returned painting we will inform you, and initiate the refund process. We will guide you through the return process. We will not entertain any items that are returned without our knowledge. Please read our full Refund policy.

Yes you can. You have 14 days to return the artwork or item. Follow our guidelines in Return policy.

Paintings sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As soon as we receive the order, we pack the painting properly and send it within 5 working days. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
